The team at Home Air Solutions looks forward to providing you with professional carpet cleaning service.  Here are some things you need to know and prepare for in advance of our visit :
- We don’t move furniture, we work around it. So, please make as much carpeted areas as possible accessible to us to clean.
- It is very important that carpets are vacuumed well before we work on them. If you can’t have them vacuumed prior to our arrival, we may have to vacuum the carpets before we could start our deep clean process and we might need to charge you for it.@ $12 per room and $15 for Stairs.
- We need to have access to at least 2 electric outlets at your place to plug in our cleaning equipment. So not having electrical power available at your place will prevent us from performing the job.
- We usually use a low moisture cleaning method to clean your carpets, so your carpets will be dry and ready to use in about 4 to 6 hours after cleaning. Keeping your ceiling fans and some windows open will also help your carpets dry faster.
- Stain Removals: While our teams can professionally remove food stains and pet stains from your carpets, we do not guarantee that all stains will permanently disappear. It’s possible that some stains would have been sitting deep in the carpet padding and they might very well rise up from the padding into the carpet after we have them cleaned. In the case of deep pet urine stains, the stains might also start to smell bad too after cleaning your carpets.  We do offer special enzyme activated treatment of pet and food stains to deal with the odor problem. However, this is an additional service and additional fees might apply.
- Payment: We accept payment in cash, checks or cards. However, if you choose to use debit or credit card for payment, then you will pay additional transaction fees up to 4%.
- Our Team: Our crew will have 2 professionals on-site to do the job.  They will need to park the company truck, preferably on your driveway, as close as possible to your front door to unload and bring in their equipment.
